At the foothills of the Himalayas in Rishikesh, held by the sacred flow of Mother Ganga, Aavyanaa Yogpeethh is a women’s wellness sanctuary where you can soften, heal and remember your own power. In this spiritual home of yoga, we honor womanhood as a sacred journey — from maiden to mother and beyond. Our women’s wellness center in Rishikesh offers prenatal & postnatal yoga, Yin yoga, therapeutic yoga and nervous system healing for women at every stage. Through gentle yoga, somatic practices, breathwork, mindfulness and meditation, we support your nervous system to unwind, feel safe and come home to your body. Every practice is designed to hold you with tenderness — whether you are conceiving, carrying life, birthing, healing after birth or simply longing to reconnect with yourself. This is a space where women are seen, heard and deeply nurtured. A space to cry, to rest, to laugh, to be held in sisterhood. Prenatal Yoga TTC

Our 85-hour Prenatal Yoga TTC in Rishikesh trains you to safely support women through pregnancy with yoga, breathwork and nervous system–friendly practices. Learn anatomy, trimester-wise sequencing, modifications and emotional holding so you can guide expecting mothers with confidence, compassion and deep respect for their bodies and babies.

Conscious Pregnancy TTC

Our 100-hour Conscious Pregnancy TTC supports you through every stage of motherhood with safe, therapeutic yoga and somatic practices. Offered both online and in-person in Rishikesh, this training helps you deepen your practice, guide other women with confidence, and nurture your own nervous system with gentle, conscious care.

Sound Healing TTC

Our 40-hour Sound Healing TTC introduces you to the power of therapeutic sound. Learn to use singing bowls and gentle rhythms to calm the nervous system, release stress, and invite deep rest. Available both online and offline for flexible, heart-centered learning for women at every stage of life, supporting emotional balance, inner peace, and gentle nervous system reset.

Kundalini Yoga TTC

Our 100-hour Kundalini Yoga TTC in Rishikesh awakening inner energy with devotion and care. You learn to guide kriyas, breath, and mantra that regulate the nervous system and emotions. We focus on healing patterns held in the body. You create safe, sacred spaces for women to rise. This training supports deep transformation and feminine power.

Breathwork & Meditation TTC

Our 100-hour Breathwork & Meditation TTC teaches gentle, somatic tools to calm and reset the nervous system. Explore conscious breathing and guided meditation designed especially for women’s emotional balance and inner peace. Available both online and offline, this training helps you deepen your practice and confidently guide other women into safe, grounded rest.
